Summary
This study tests whether a Community Support Worker who helps low-income families with young children apply for benefits and income supports can reduce parenting stress and improve child health. About 80 families in Toronto and Kingston will take part. The goal is to see if connecting families to financial resources through their primary care provider makes a difference.
