Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called REGN7544 in people with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), a condition that causes a rapid heart rate upon standing. The main goal is to see if a single dose of the drug safely reduces the excessive heart rate increase when participants stand up. Researchers will also measure how long the drug stays in the body and check for any side effects.
