NCT ID NCT00409435

Summary

This study is testing whether a medication called pyridostigmine can help people with Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Researchers will compare the drug to a placebo (inactive pill) in 50 participants over a few days to see if it improves heart rate and symptoms.
