Breakfast spuds vs. dinner fries: which tames your appetite?
NCT ID NCT07230951
Summary
This study aims to understand how eating white potatoes (like fries or baked potatoes) at breakfast versus dinner affects your blood sugar, feelings of fullness, and how much you eat later. Researchers will measure these effects in 30 healthy adults by having them eat different test meals. The goal is to gather knowledge about meal timing and food choices, not to treat a disease.
