Can better posture fix Gymnasts' back pain?

NCT ID NCT05149703

Summary

This study tested two different posture training methods to see if they could reduce back pain in elite gymnasts. Thirty gymnasts with back pain were randomly assigned to try either the Mezieres Method or Isostretching exercises. The goal was to see which approach, if either, helped improve pain, flexibility, and function over a 12-week period.
