Summary

This study compares the Gokhale Method posture therapy to standard physical therapy for people with chronic lower back pain. Researchers want to see which approach better reduces pain and improves daily function. About 100 adults aged 18-65 with moderate to severe back pain will participate. The goal is to find a more effective, accessible way to manage back pain without surgery or long-term medication.
