Simple home exercises aim to straighten backs and boost recovery for heart patients
NCT ID NCT06563882
Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week home exercise program to improve posture could help heart patients with a rounded upper back (hyperkyphosis). Researchers compared patients doing the posture exercises alongside standard cardiac rehab to those doing only standard rehab. They measured changes in posture, walking ability, strength, and breathing to see if the extra exercises made a difference.
