First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study is testing a new questionnaire called the Postural Habits and Awareness Scale (PHAS) to see if it reliably measures how aware people are of their posture and their daily habits. Researchers will ask 128 people with postural hyperkyphosis (a rounded upper back) to fill out the PHAS twice, two weeks apart, along with another questionnaire about their back appearance. The goal is to provide doctors and therapists with a trustworthy tool to assess posture awareness, which could help in designing better rehabilitation programs.
