First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 24, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a 4-week program of postural exercises or kinesio taping can reduce chronic neck pain and improve balance and well-being in office workers who sit at desks for at least 6 hours a day. Forty participants will be split into three groups: exercise, taping, or no treatment. Researchers will measure pain, disability, balance, and quality of life before and after the program.

- What this could lead to
- If successful, this could point toward simple, non-drug ways to manage chronic neck pain in desk workers.
