Could better balance keep older women with back pain more active and less fearful?
NCT ID NCT07170501
Summary
This study aimed to understand the connection between balance, disability, fear of falling, and social activity in older women with long-term low back pain. Researchers observed 70 women to see if poor balance could predict greater disability, more fear of falling, and less community involvement. The goal was to gather information to help design better rehabilitation and fall prevention programs for this group.
