Summary
This study looks at whether walking for 20 minutes after each meal can improve blood sugar control in pregnant women with type 2 diabetes. About 40 women will be split into two groups: one that walks after meals and one that does not. The goal is to see if this simple activity helps keep glucose levels in a healthy range during late pregnancy.
