Summary
This study aims to understand how sleep problems in the first two days after giving birth affect a mother's motivation and ability to breastfeed. Researchers will measure sleep quality, breastfeeding motivation, and breastfeeding success in 167 new mothers. The goal is to gather information that could help develop better support for mothers and babies during this critical early period.
