Breastfeeding moms needed for multivitamin study

Summary

This study looks at whether taking a prenatal multivitamin (Ritual) during breastfeeding can improve the nutrition of both mother and baby. Seventy healthy women who are exclusively breastfeeding will take either the multivitamin or a placebo for 10 weeks. Researchers will measure nutrients in blood and breastmilk to see if the supplement makes a difference.
