Summary

This study is testing whether a new educational discussion guide helps new mothers who had high blood pressure during pregnancy. Researchers are comparing two groups of 150 postpartum patients: one receives the guide right away, and the other receives it later. The main goal is to see if the guide improves patients' knowledge, confidence in managing their health, and satisfaction with their postpartum care.
