New study aims to stop diabetes before it starts in moms with GDM history

Summary
This study tests whether a program of diet advice, exercise coaching, and behavior support can prevent type 2 diabetes in women who had gestational diabetes. 800 women will be followed for 3 years after giving birth. The goal is to see if this approach helps keep blood sugar levels healthy and improves long-term health for both mother and child.
