Text message nudge aims to catch hidden diabetes risk in new moms
NCT ID NCT07489456
Summary
This study aims to help women who had diabetes during pregnancy (gestational diabetes) get an important follow-up blood sugar test after giving birth. Researchers will test if sending reminder messages via WhatsApp increases the number of women who attend their scheduled test. They will also compare two different methods for interpreting the test results to see if one is better at spotting early signs of diabetes.
