Summary
This study is testing a comprehensive lifestyle support program designed to prevent type 2 diabetes in women who had diabetes during pregnancy (gestational diabetes). It will enroll 800 eligible mothers in Hong Kong. The program includes personalized diet plans, exercise sessions, and digital tools, and will compare its effectiveness to standard care over three years to see if it improves blood sugar control and overall health for both mothers and their children.
