Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app designed to support new mothers is helpful and easy to use. Researchers want to know if using the app for 8 weeks helps mothers better understand postpartum symptoms and feel more confident in their parenting. The study involves 60 new mothers in Pennsylvania who will use the app and answer surveys about their experience.
