Summary

This study is testing whether a smartphone app can help new mothers in Pennsylvania feel supported after giving birth. About 60 participants will use the app for 8 weeks and answer surveys about how easy it is to use and whether it helps them understand important postpartum symptoms. The goal is to see if the app meets the needs of new parents and could be offered statewide.
