Summary

This study looked at whether a special therapy called Interaction Guidance Therapy (IGT) can help mothers who have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after childbirth. The therapy uses video feedback to improve how mothers interact with their babies. 36 mothers took part, and the study measured their bonding and stress levels at 3 months and 1 year after giving birth.
