Summary
This study is testing whether a daily postbiotic supplement can help overweight adults lose weight and improve their metabolic health. Researchers will compare the supplement to a placebo in 80 participants over 12 weeks. They will measure changes in weight, food cravings, blood sugar, and other health markers to see if the supplement is effective and safe.
