Summary

This program offers ongoing access to the experimental drug ATH434 for people with multiple system atrophy (MSA), a rare and serious brain disorder. It is only for those who completed a previous Phase 2 study and whose doctor believes they may benefit. The goal is to provide continued treatment while the drug is still being studied.
