Summary
This study looked at whether a yoga program could help women who have had a concussion experience positive psychological changes, called posttraumatic growth. Researchers enrolled 27 women from a Facebook group and measured growth using a questionnaire. The goal was to see if yoga could improve well-being beyond just reducing symptoms.
