Summary
This study aims to better predict which kidney transplant patients who develop diabetes will face serious complications like heart disease or kidney failure. Researchers will use advanced testing and artificial intelligence to find new markers in blood, urine, and kidney tissue. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors personalize treatment and prevent harm. About 120 adults who developed diabetes after a kidney transplant will take part.
