Summary

This study tested whether a special home exercise program and family education could help children with cerebral palsy recover better after leg surgery, compared to usual post-surgery care. It involved 40 children, aged 4 to 18, who could walk with or without aids. Researchers measured improvements in walking, movement fear, pain, and muscle stiffness.
