Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of ice packs, medicated witch-hazel pads, and numbing spray helps reduce pain after vaginal surgery. Researchers will compare pain levels and medication use between women who receive this combination and those who receive standard care. The goal is to find better ways to manage recovery pain after these procedures.
