Can extra chemo after surgery keep cancer at bay?

NCT ID NCT06501482

Summary

This study is for people who had surgery to remove colorectal cancer that spread to their liver after responding well to a specific chemotherapy. It aims to see if restarting that same chemotherapy after surgery is better than no further treatment at keeping the cancer from coming back. The trial will compare two groups: one that gets the extra chemo and one that does not, to see which approach leads to longer periods without the disease returning.
