Heart rehab for stroke recovery: does depression block progress?

Summary

This study looks at whether a modified cardiac rehabilitation program can improve physical and emotional recovery in people who have had a stroke. Researchers want to see if depression limits how much patients benefit. The study will include 76 adults aged 18-80 who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and have some leg weakness.
