This study tests whether adding an anti-gravity treadmill and high-intensity electromagnetic stimulation to standard physical therapy helps people recover walking and balance after a recent stroke. Participants are adults aged 18 to 74 who had a stroke and need help moving. They will be split into three groups: standard therapy alone, standard therapy plus the treadmill, or standard therapy plus both the treadmill and electromagnetic stimulation.
