Summary
This study looks at 75 adults with severe tooth pain (irreversible pulpitis) to see if the type of sealer used during root canal affects pain afterward. Participants get one of three sealers and report pain levels and painkiller use for 48 hours. The goal is to find which sealer causes the least discomfort.
