Nasal spray showdown: which eases finger block pain better?

This study tests whether a ketorolac nasal spray works better than a ketamine nasal spray for reducing pain before a finger nerve block. About 64 adults with finger injuries will rate their pain and any side effects. The goal is to find a more comfortable way to numb the finger.
