First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking steroids after sleep surgery helps adults with obstructive sleep apnea feel less pain, eat normally sooner, and use fewer painkillers. About 120 adults will receive either steroids or a placebo for a short time after their operation. The goal is to see if steroids can make recovery smoother and faster.
