Summary
This study aims to understand why people with Long COVID often experience severe fatigue and feel much worse after exercise. Researchers are comparing 62 people with Long COVID to healthy volunteers, having them try different types of exercise while closely monitoring their bodies' responses. The goal is to uncover the physical causes of these symptoms to improve future diagnosis and personalized rehabilitation plans.
