Summary

This study tests whether a custom exercise program can help adults with post-concussion syndrome, where symptoms last for weeks or longer. About 70 participants will follow a tailored bike-riding plan to see if it reduces symptoms like headache and fatigue. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to improve recovery and quality of life.
