NCT ID NCT07192718

Summary

This study is testing whether a single pain management skills class and educational materials can help improve overall recovery 12 weeks after a cesarean delivery. Researchers at Stanford University are enrolling 60 women to see if participants find the program helpful and use the skills. The main goal is to check if the program is practical to run and if it might reduce pain, improve sleep, and aid recovery after surgery.
