Summary
This study looks at whether getting women up and moving early after a C-section, along with drinking coffee, can help their bowels work better, reduce pain, and improve mood. About 60 women who had a planned C-section will take part. Researchers will check pain, bowel function, and psychological well-being over the first 24 hours.
