Summary
This study is testing a new way to help women after finishing initial treatment for ovarian or endometrial cancer. It compares a personalized support plan that includes a team assessment in a day hospital to a standard plan without that extra step. The goal is to see if the more intensive approach helps patients get the recommended follow-up care and manage side effects, aiming to improve their quality of life in remission.
