Summary
This study tested a program that combines positive psychology and motivational interviewing to help people who had weight loss surgery become more physically active. Twelve adults who had surgery 6-12 months earlier and were not very active took part. The program aimed to see if it was practical and helpful, measuring how many sessions people completed and how easy and useful they found them.
