Summary

This study looks at how expecting something good can change the way we process emotions. Researchers will measure mood, brain signals, and eye movements in 51 healthy adults while they look at emotional faces. The goal is to understand the basic mechanisms behind positive expectations, which could one day help develop better treatments for mood disorders like depression.
