Summary

This pilot study tested an online program called THRIVE, designed to help breast cancer survivors feel more positive and less upset about taking their daily hormone therapy (endocrine therapy). The goal was to see if the program was acceptable and feasible for women who had finished primary treatment but struggled with medication side effects or emotions. Thirty-nine participants tried the program, and researchers measured satisfaction and how practical it was to deliver online.
