Summary

This study looks at how eating lean pork loin versus plant-based protein affects muscle health and blood sugar control in adults with prediabetes. Twenty participants aged 40-65 will follow special diets for 4 days. Researchers will measure muscle protein building and daily glucose levels to see if one protein source is better.
