Summary

This study tests if a remote, video-based pelvic floor yoga program can reduce chronic pelvic pain in women better than a general physical conditioning program. About 220 women with pelvic pain for at least 6 months will participate from home. The goal is to see if yoga offers a practical, accessible way to ease pain.
