Yoga vs. exercise: which eases pelvic pain best?

Summary

This study tests whether a remote, video-based pelvic floor yoga program can reduce pain in women with chronic pelvic pain syndrome. 220 women will be randomly assigned to either yoga or a physical conditioning program. The goal is to see which approach better lowers pain intensity over 4 months.
