Summary

This study is testing a drug called ponatinib in children and teenagers (ages 1 to 18) whose cancers have come back or have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can help control various advanced cancers, including leukemias, lymphomas, and solid tumors. It is for children who have few or no other treatment options available.
