Summary
This study is testing if adding a targeted drug called ponatinib to standard chemotherapy works better for adults with a specific, aggressive type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It aims to see if this combination can drive the cancer into deep remission, measured by a sensitive test for minimal residual disease (MRD). The trial is for newly diagnosed adults aged 18-65 with this specific leukemia subtype.
