Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether adding the drug pomalidomide to standard chemotherapy (with or without rituximab) is safe and effective for people with HIV who have aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. About 25 adults with high-risk features will receive up to 6 cycles of treatment. The goal is to find the best dose and see how well the combination controls the cancer.
