First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving children with asthma and their families daily air quality information helps them better manage the condition and avoid flare-ups. About 351 kids will receive either standard care or an enhanced asthma action plan that includes Air Quality Index (AQI) data. Researchers will track asthma control and quality of life over 48 weeks to see if the extra information makes a real difference.
