First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug everolimus after standard chemotherapy can help prevent breast cancer from coming back in people with a specific type of triple-negative breast cancer called LAR. About 900 women who have had surgery for early-stage cancer will take part. Half will receive everolimus after chemo, and half will receive chemo alone. The goal is to see if everolimus improves the chance of staying cancer-free for 3 years.
