Summary
This study aims to develop and test a remote training program for point-of-care ultrasound (PoCUS) tailored to hospital-at-home care. One hundred medical residents will be randomly assigned to either a new curriculum using peer training with remote supervision and simulation, or traditional training. The goal is to see if the new method improves ultrasound skills for diagnosing common infections in home settings.
