Summary
This study tests whether a type of exercise called PNF can improve shoulder function and quality of life in people with scapular winging (where the shoulder blade sticks out). Researchers will measure muscle strength and endurance in 50 adults with this condition. The goal is to see if these exercises offer a non-surgical way to reduce symptoms.
